More Broken Reeds and a Hash Run Reunion

I was in band and supposed to play bassoon at a concert. I didn't know if I was supposed to wear black and white or the band uniform. My reeds were all broken and small with the corners clipped into triangles. The concert was going to be in a big green field. The folding chairs were very rickety and unbalanced. I wasn't all that stressed out about it, even through all the uncertainty.
Emily, Holly, and I were having a reunion. We were in an upstairs bathroom of a large Victorian house where a big party was taking place. I was getting dressed for the hash run. I got out my costume bag and was putting on tights and my cheerleader skirt. Emily and Holly didn't want to run, but they watched. I was in the second group who were all dressed in red. The first group had dressed in blue and they were already back from the last leg. The last group was the yellow group and they were the fastest.
I went to the street and started running, but it was more of a race than a hash run. We all ran separately, and there were no marks to follow. I decided I wanted to win, so I ran hard and passed everyone. One man I passed had stopped to pick up his dog who was running with him but had gotten tired and layed down on the sidewalk. Running was easy and comfortable and I felt good. I passed everyone, dashed through a huge parking lot, and ran into a football stadium. I was at the top of the bleachers, jogging down through the all the maze-like seats trying to get to the field below to the finish line. I passed by Holly and Emily who were talking about me to a man. They told him that I hadn't been a cheerleader in high school, despite my outfit.
